Quotes From Winner, On-line Recipe Competition (School Meal)
I am very much overwhelmed for being selected as a participant at the Nutrition Olympiad 2019 for ‘Healthy School Meal Competition’. This year the event focused to foster youth engagement for Meeting the Undernutrition Challenge (MUCH) project during Nutrition Week 2019.
Nutrition Olympiad 2019 was a very interactive and successful event as it aims to connect and co-create nutrition sector with the information and communication technology based digital world. There were many interactive sessions, seminars, competitions, nutrition related counseling and poster exhibition. The best part was the engagement of youth along with the policy makers which initiated positive nutrition massages. Through seminars and interactive discussions I got to know about the innovative solutions to SDG2, role of youth to SDG2 and their reflection towards food waste. The event welcomed children also as a step towards creating a responsible future generation. It was a great platform for me to learn how I as a youth can work for creating awareness for the necessity of proper nutrition and food waste. I got to connect with the representatives of nutrition club. Master Chef cooking competition seemed to be a very interesting idea. Several competitions were held in the event which helped me to learn many solutions for nutrition related problems and also the nutrition stalls attracted more people towards the event. I felt overwhelmed and proud in the award ceremony as my university got three awards. The whole program was very eventful, enjoyable, educative and also very memorable. It was a successful event combining students from many educational institutes across the country with policy makers, nutritionists and nutrition club members. The emergence of such events is undeniable in our present context and I am looking forward to the upcoming events.

Quotes From Winner, Street Play
'I have been writing not for many years. And when It’s time for writing a script for a street play, i m a fresher! Last year, for nutrition olympiad 2k18, i wrote the first ever a script for a street play. Luck favors me, it was primarily selected for the Olympiad, but not enough to get the winning title. Hygienic Love is only the second script i have written. When the CEO of FAO announced the winner of street play, i don't know, how it feels, i can't express the feelings. Gratitude towards my team member who worked hard for this street play. I am thankful to my club, 'Nutrition Club, MBSTU'. And special gratitude to BIID for arranging such a wonderful program.'
